For Explorers with a passion for cultural immersion, the Alaska Native Tour offers a profound exploration of Indigenous traditions. Engaging activities and insightful narratives provide an authentic experience into the heritage of Alaska’s Native communities.
If science is exploration and tourism is discovery, then culture is what binds them with understanding. It took generations to learn that Traditional Knowledge of Native People complements Natural Sciences. Our tour will teach that not only is science organized knowledge, but that cultural wisdom is an organized life. Our tour will share culture, impart science, and demonstrate how Alaska Native cultural practices have been wise over the years. Learn about not just the eight totems on our tour but also the people and geographical location from where they reside.
Can be combined with the Tram daily ticket.
